In this module, you will turn your BluePeak renewal-risk diagnosis into polished outputs and a repeatable workflow. The investigation work is largely complete. The focus now shifts from finding signals to packaging the story and operationalizing the process.

Duration: 1:00

Before you generate anything, review the diagnosis you built in Module 2 and make sure your key evidence is still tagged and easy to reference.

At a minimum, you should be ready to explain what changed, the top risks or root causes, the stakeholders who matter most, and whether an unresolved escalation is central to the account story.

Duration: 4:00

Start by generating the main artifact for the workshop.

Enter the following prompt in a new chat:

Create a customer-ready renewal risk summary for BluePeak in HTML with the key issues, supporting evidence, stakeholder context, and a 30-day recovery plan.

Duration: 2:00

Next, create the lightweight internal follow-up that wraps the analysis for leadership.

In the same chat window as the previous step enter the following prompt:

Draft an email to my boss saying the analysis is complete, the report is ready, and highlighting the main findings.

Duration: 4:00

Now take the same workflow and make it repeatable.

Select Agents then "Create agent", in the chat box enter:

Create an agent that runs weekly on Mondays at 8am, reviews BluePeak account risk signals, generates the report, and sends Slack and email alerts.

Duration: 2:00

Before closing the module, compare the three outputs you created: the HTML summary, the internal email, and the recurring agent workflow.

Ask whether the HTML artifact makes the diagnosis easy to share, whether the internal email is clear and actionable, and whether the agent feels like a credible way to operationalize the account-review process.

In this module, you turned a renewal-risk diagnosis into polished outputs and a repeatable workflow.

You created a customer-ready HTML summary, drafted a concise internal follow-up email, and defined an agent that can rerun the account review process on a recurring basis.
